I. Registration and Entry

• Line and registration opens at 7:00 AM on the event date you selected.
• Event pass holders will be accommodated according to their assigned batch times. You are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled batch time. Entry will no longer be allowed 30 minutes before the end of your batch time. Latecomers can still claim their boxed set, but cannot join the signing.
• Present a digital OR printed copy of your order confirmation email and a valid ID.
  NOTE: The name on your National Book Store website and Lazada account must match the name on your valid ID.
• Once your details have been verified, you will be given your event pass and wristband for your designated batch. The wristband is needed for entry into the signing venue and must be worn at all times throughout the event.
• Proceed to the designated area to collect your pre-ordered "From The Archives" Boxed Set. Only registered pass holders can claim their boxed sets.
• Walk-ins are not accepted. Only event pass holders can enter the book signing venue.
• Event passes are non-transferable and are only valid for the registered holder.
• Event passes are only valid on the date stated on the pass.
• If you purchased two (2) boxed sets with event passes, both the National Book Store account holder and companion must register together at the event.
• To ensure everyone has a chance to attend, repeat purchases are not allowed.

• Once you've had your book signed, you can leave the venue or return to your seat until your batch concludes.

• No re-entry once you exit the venue

II. Permitted Items

• Each attendee can only have one (1) book from the "From The Archives Boxed Set" signed. Signing of other books or items are NOT allowed.

• Attendees may carry a small clutch or crossbody bag (maximum size: 12 inches x 6 inches). Large bags or luggage are NOT permitted.

• Attendees can bring snacks and drinks into the venue.

III. Recommended Snacks

• Packaged snacks (chips, crackers, candy)
• Baked goods (without sauces or messy fillings)
• Pre-sliced and easy-to-eat fruits
• Non-alcoholic drinks in transparent bottles

IV. Prohibited Items

• Prohibited foods inside the venue
  • Rice and pasta meals
  • Food items with sauces
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Non-alcoholic beverages in non-transparent bottles or cans (glass, metal cans)
  • Food on sticks
• Gifts - Jonaxx appreciates your thoughtfulness, but to ensure a smooth experience for everyone, bringing gifts is not necessary.
• Clothing, costumes, posters, personal effects, or any other item/s that obstruct the view of others.
• Only registered service animals assisting attendees with disabilities are permitted. Proper documentation is required.
• Noisemakers (air horns, bells, bullhorns, thunder sticks) or items deemed safety hazards or a nuisance to others
• Briefcases, bags, and luggage which exceed the prescribed size
• Any form or weapon, including those carried by off-duty law enforcement or concealed carry permit holders
• Aerosol containers (sunscreen, pepper spray, bug spray, etc.)
• Balloons, frisbees, projectiles, horns, radios, musical instruments, laser pointers, sticks, poles, bats, or clubs.
• Glass containers / tumblers
• Distribution of unauthorized promotional or commercial materials (flyers, samples, giveaways) or displaying banners, signs, or political signage
• Professional or commercial cameras, cameras with extendable lenses/tripods, selfie sticks, drones, lights, two-way radios, or walkie-talkies
• Physical contact with the author (hugging, kissing, placing an arm around) is not permitted during the signing
• Loitering within the event premises, especially beyond your batch schedule
  
  

NOTE: You will be required to leave any snacks or drinks behind while queuing for the book signing.
