Mechanics:

1.  Earn one (1) raffle entry for every ₱499 purchase of any BINI items at participating National Book Store branches from November 29 to January 25, 2025. Laking National QR (LNQR) and Laking National QR Plus members receive double entries, earning 2 raffle entries for every ₱499 purchase.
   
   
2.  For each valid and qualified transaction, the QR code and raffle code will be printed on the bottom part of the official receipt.
   
   
3.  Non-Laking National members are required to either scan the QR code located at the bottom of their receipt or enter the raffle code on the website lakingnational.com/BINI.
   
   
4.  Laking National members who present their proof of membership upon purchase are automatically entered into the promo in the Laking National database.
   
   
5.  Participants must completely fill-out their details and provide the following information: Name, Contact Number, Home Address, and Email. Submission of any invalid, incomplete, or false information may result in exclusion from the raffle draw and/or disqualification from the prize.
   
   

6.  Participants will receive a confirmation email of their submitted raffle entries via their registered email address. This email should be retained as proof in case they win.
   
   

7.  The deadline for submitting entries is on January 25, 2025, at 10:00 PM. Any submissions received after the specified cut-off date and time will be deemed invalid.
   
   

8.  Raffle draw will be held on February 7, 2025, 2:00 PM at the National Book Store Head Office, with the presence of a DTI representative (actual or virtual draw to be determined with DTI).
   
   

9.  Winners will be notified via an email notification and registered mail, which shall also serve as proof of their winning.
   
   

10.  All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or goods of any kind.

11.  The raffle draw winner must claim their prize at the National Book Store Head Office. Shipping and handling of the prize will be care of by the winner.
    
    

12.  The 20% tax on prizes exceeding Ten Thousand Pesos (₱10,000.00) shall be shouldered by the winner.

13.  Prizes not claimed within 60 days from the winner’s receipt of notice will be forfeited in favor of National Book Store, with prior approval from DTI.
    
    

14.  For documentation purposes, winners have to agree to have pictures taken during the awarding of prize and allow National Book Store to announce as one of the winners in social media and other press releases as deemed necessary or appropriate.
    
    

15.  National Book Store (“NBS”) respects your fundamental right to privacy and we commit to take great care in safeguarding your personal data. As you join and participate in the Your Free Trip to Hong Kong is in the Bag, and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
    
    

16.  Employees of National Book Store, Inc., and its affiliates, subsidiaries, accredited advertising agencies, suppliers, and their families up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promo.
