Earn one (1) raffle entry for every ₱199 purchase at any National Book Store, NBS Express, ArtBar, and Kids Ink branches from July 8 to September 15, 2024. Laking National QR (LNQR) and Laking National QR Plus members receive double entries, earning 2 raffle entries for every ₱199 purchase.
For each valid and qualified transaction, the QR code and raffle code will be printed on the bottom part of the official receipt.
Non-Laking National members are required to either scan the QR code located at the bottom of their receipt or enter the raffle code on the website lakingnational.com
Laking National members who present their proof of membership upon purchase are automatically entered into the promo in the Laking National database. They can log-in into their Laking National App to choose their preferred prize set.
Next, participants must choose their preferred Prize Sets from the Five (5) available options:
- 1 Winner Japan Travel Package for 4 + ₱100,000 pocket money
- 1 Winner Korea Travel Package for 4 + ₱100,000 pocket money
- 5 Winners Yamaha Mio Aerox Standard Motorcycle
- 10 Winners Gamer Package (Intel Core I5 Desktop PC, Monitor, Gaming Chair, Mouse, Keyboard, Headset)
After allocating raffle entries to your preferred prize sets, participants must completely fill-outtheir details and provide the following information: Name, Contact Number, Home Address, and Email. Submission of any invalid, incomplete, or false information may result in exclusion fromthe raffle draw and/or disqualification from the prize.
Participants will receive a confirmation email of their submitted raffle entries via their registeredemail address. This email should be retained as proof in case they win.
The deadline for submitting entries is on September 15, 2024, at 10:00 PM. Any submissions received after the specified cut-off date and time will be deemed invalid.
Raffle draw will be held on September 26, 2024, 2:00 PM at the National Book Store Head Office, with the presence of a DTI representative (actual or virtual draw to be determined with DTI).
Participants in the raffle promo are eligible to win only once. In the event that a participant's name is drawn multiple times, only the higher prize will be automatically awarded.
Winners will be notified via an email notification and registered mail, which shall also serve as proof of their winning.
All prizes are transferable once, but cannot be converted to cash or goods of any kind. The prizes may be transferred once to the winner’s nominated recipient who can satisfy the requirements for the claiming of the prize.
Raffle draw winners must claim their prizes at the National Book Store Head Office, with shipping costs to be covered by the winners, if applicable. Winners of motorcycles will shoulder incidental expenses (eg. vehicle registration, insurance, etc.) and must claim their prize at designated dealers in coordination with National Book Store. Warranty for the motorcycle and Gamer prizes shall start on the distributor’s official release date. National Book Store reserves the right to change the color of the units depending on availability.
For travel package winners, details of travel and accommodation will be handled by National Book Store’s accredited travel agency. Please see inclusions, exclusions, terms and conditions under Annex.
The 20% tax on prizes exceeding Ten Thousand Pesos (₱10,000.00) shall be shouldered by the winner.
Prizes not claimed within 60 days from the winner’s receipt of notice will be forfeited in favor of National Book Store, I with prior approval from DTI.
For documentation purposes, winners have to agree to have pictures taken during the awarding of prize and allow National Book Store to announce as one of the winners in social media and other press releases as deemed necessary or appropriate.
