SULIT SWERTE RAFFLE PROMO MECHANICS

1. Customers can earn one (1) raffle entry for every one hundred ninety-nine pesos (₱199) spent on any item at any National Book Store, National Book Store Express, Art Bar and Kids Ink branches from February 7 to March 31, 2024. Online purchases are excluded from participating on this raffle promo.
2. Laking National QR and Laking National QR Plus members will receive double the entries bonus, earning 2 raffle entries for every one hundred ninety-nine pesos (₱199) spent on any item. Upon valid transaction, the QR code will be printed in the bottom part of the official receipt.
3. To participate, customers are required to either scan the QR Code located at the bottom of their receipt or enter the raffle code number on the website lakingnational.com/raffle.
4. Customers must completely fill-out their details and provide the following information: Name, Contact Number, Home Address, Email, Address and choose their preferred Booster Sets from the three (3) available options:

5. Submission of any invalid, incomplete, or false information may result in exclusion from the raffle draw and/or disqualification from the prize.
6. National Book Store, Inc. ("NBS") respects your fundamental right to privacy and we commit to take great care in safeguarding your personal data. As you join and participate in the Sulit Swerte Raffle Promo, and in compliance with the Data Privacy.
7. There will be Ten (10) winners per prize set. Winners will be selected across all stores.

  • 10 winners of Home Booster Set
  • 10 winners of Office Booster Set
9. The deadline for submitting entries is March 31, 2024, at 10:00 PM. Any submissions received after the specified cut-off date and time will be deemed invalid.
8. Customers will receive a confirmation via their registered email address, which should be retained as proof in the event they win.
10. Raffle draw will be on April 14, 2024, 2:00 PM at National Book Store Head Office in the presence of a DTI representative (actual or virtual draw to be determined with DTI).
11. Participants in the raffle promo are eligible to win only once. In the event that a participant's name is drawn multiple times, the prize that was first awarded will be their final prize.
12. Winners will be notified via an email notification letter, which shall also serve as proof of their winning.
13. The prizes cannot be converted to cash. Winners are required to claim their prizes at the National Book Store Head Office, with shipping costs to be covered by the recipients.
14. To claim the prizes, the winner must provide two (2) valid photo IDs along with the email notification.
15. In the event that winners are unable to claim their prizes, the authorized representative must submit the following during prize collection: (a) IDs of both the winner and the authorized representative, (b) email notification, and (c) a signed authorization letter.
16. 20% tax on prizes exceeding Ten Thousand Pesos (₱10,000.00) shall be shouldered by the winner.
17. Prizes not claimed within 60 days from the receipt of notice will be forfeited in favor of National Book Store, Inc. with prior approval from DTI.
18. All employees of National Book Store, Inc., and their affiliates and their sister subsidiary companies, their accredited advertising agencies and suppliers and their families and relatives to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in this promo
